"Narc"

Narc is a Dutch Shepherd.  He is 3 years old.
As a young puppy he was originally sold to a narcotics department which is where his name comes from.
Their funding was cut so Narc was sent back to the breeder.
When Karl heard that he was available again he agreed to take him home.
He has taken obedience classes through Intermediate.  He loves the class and is doing very well in it.
